Complaint against Economy Energy

This is the email i have sent 4 times to Economy energy and still no reply.- I put a review on trustpilot where you replyed telling me to email you. (The review has now been reported and deleted) i dont understand why it got reported by you as everything i stated was true. At the beginning of December my Gas meter broke so i rang you. The digital screen had completely gone and i was worried as i didnt know how much gas i had left. The lady on the phone then told me she couldnt do anything until my gas went. (I was on the phone ages) I didnt want it to get to me not having no gas as i have a young infant who suffers with asthma so i was worrying. The lady then told me someone was going to come out to me on the 3rd of Jan and the day before to expect a text confirming a time someone was going to come and to ring if my gas runs out in the mean time. All over the Christmas period i was worrying about this issue incase my gas did go. Luckily my gas lasted until the 3rd Jan. On the morning of the 3rd of January i rang you to make sure someone was still coming as i didn't receive no message. The lady who i spoke to didn't understand a word i said and i was on hold for a long time. In the end she come back ok the line and said a engineer would be at my property at 4pm. 4pm come and no one came. A engineer didnt come to my property until 8pm that night. The meter has now been replaced and everything has been sorted. After all that messing about and being on the phone to you for so long on the many occasions my phone bill this month has cost me £75. Im a single mother and am now over drawn. I can not afford this and now are left with no money due to your company not understanding me on the phone and been on hold for so long. I am disgusted with your customer service and are considering moving to another energy supplier that will be more helpful on the phone and also not charge me to ring them when i have a problem. My Christmas was awful due to me over worrying and now i have no money. I am disgusted i have to pay to ring your company when i am in need.
