[RESPONDED] Economy Energy took direct debit after account closure and haven't paid refund!
Complaint against Economy Energy
I transferred providers away from Economy Energy however they kept taking direct debits after my account had been closed. Currently they owe me £359.76 in credit on my account. After I called and spoke to an agent on 27/2 they said it would be credited to my account in 5-7 days but this has not happened.
