Complaint against Economy Energy
After I swapped my provider on 14/10/2018 I received a final bill from Economy Energy about my account being in credit (around £380.00 including both fuels) + they charged my account again at the beginning of November even my account with them was cancelled. Since then, I kept using online chat and [email protected] email to find out when can I expect my refund. Unfortunately, I was told on many occasions different sort of excuses. Even this week they told me that it will still take a couple of weeks. They also started saying that my balance was calculated wrongly as they have not changed my charges when my 1st year of contract finished. I requested the confirmation about the formal information about the changes in my charges but once again they did ignore my email.
