Complaint against Economy Energy

From the moment we moved to Economy Energy the customer services has been an absolute nightmare. They issued the change over letter 12 days after they had taken over the account. Started the DD before we went to them. They cant read my smart meter. They made three smart meter appointments all cancelled even though at least 6 weeks notice was given due no engineer being in the area ! They sent someone to manually read the meter who said we wasn't in when he didn't actually arrive at our house. On two occasions they send letters saying they are taking extra payments from your account without actually having a reading. The call centre is a joke, it takes between 20 - 45 mins for them to pick up the call. Customer complaints don't leave a direct dial number, or a name.I am trying to get out please do not go to them
