Complaint against Economy Energy

I recently switched energy companies and have been waiting for an E.mail or letter regarding any outstanding bills on electric and gas. I have not received any notification of this but received a phone call this afternoon asking for payment immediately. I explained we had not received a bill and was told they will ring back in the morning at 10am. to collect the outstanding amount. I have no problems paying this but as we have received no outstanding bills from you I do not like to be treated as if I am trying to avoid payment! I look forward to hearing from you a.s.a.p.
