Complaint against Economy Energy
I ended my contract with them on June 30th 2018, after several live chat discussions and phone calls i have still not had a refund of the credit in my account. They have said several times that it is being processed, or that it takes 8 weeks to process account bills but it has now been nearly 6 months! With christmas coming up i could really do with the credit on my account (£79.97). I have recently rang them, just to be put on hold for nearly 30 minutes for it to then ring and for them to hang up. I have spoke to them on live chat today but they said they can't access my details and to chat later instead - it is just getting beyond a joke now...
