Complaint against Iresa

For the last two months my bills have have shown no power usage and had, 'There was no valid meter reading available within the billing period as at the time this bill was generated. If your submissions are up to date, it will appear in the next statement.' on the bottom of them. However, I do supply the company with a weekly reading as I am interested in my usage. I have contacted the company a couple of times via their contact form, but as yet I have had no reply.

Got a response today. Apparently submitting more than one meter reading per month confuses their system.
