Complaint against Iresa
So after completing our first year with no issues the problems start. You renew your contract and them some bean counter who you cannot stop ups you direct debit by 50% . They admitted there wrong there systems are floored and you must over payfor six months before they see fit to review these charges. If you fight back the faceless idiots you speak too just say you are in breach of contract if you cancel your direct debit together them to understand how poor they are.
