Complaint against Iresa
I moved my dual fuel energy away from Iresa in January. My new supplier gave Iresa the final readings on 31 January 2018 but they have simply ignored all requests for paying me my credit balance. I have emailed them SIX times complaining about this and they have totally ignored every message. I have also tried to ring them but had to give up after being on hold for 40 minutes. I'm owed a substantial sum of money £164.08 and I want it back!
