Complaint against Iresa

I received an email from Iresa on 21 February, confirming that they had received my final readings and the final bill should be generated within 10 days. I have a large credit balance (approx. £600+) outstanding and am urgently awaiting return of this money. I raised a support ticket on the Iresa website on 22 March, asking when I might expect to receive the final bill and the subsequent cashback. I received no response so chased through the support ticket portal on 10 April asking when I might receive my cash back and how they intend to calculate interest on what they owe me. I have still had no response. I've now realised that Ofgem have issued a Provisional Order on 27 March, but I still have not benefitted from any improved service or even an acknowledgement of my issue.
