Complaint against Iresa
Dear Sir/ Madam , I have been waiting weeks for my final bill to be generated. Iresa state they are waiting on my gas reading as have electric only . Have spoken to my new supplier and they have forwarded gas and electric reading same time but sent gas again . I am in credit which was confirmed by there customer service team when i spoke with them also have additional credit for missed smart meter appointment.
