Complaint against Iresa
We changed to Iresa Ltd in November 2016, since then we have not been able to give meter readings, the system always says that we are trying to enter a smaller number than that on there system, something due to the number being wrong during migration from one supplier to another, despite repeated emails and complaints the situation still remains, this also effect the billing information, as to this date we have not had an electric bill from this Company, overall we would not recommend this Company yes they may be a bit cheaper but there overall customer service is terrible.
