Complaint against Iresa

Have been with IRESA almost a year, they are cheap but there is a reason, they are run on a shoestring. They informed me my contract is ending as they are obliged to do and to raise a ticket for the next step, did this nearly a month ago asking a subsidiary question with zero response. Have emailed with the same result and tried to phone - 86 in the queue and over 20 minutes later had progressed to 45 so gave up. Now switching suppliers. Issue is we will be moving soon and if I cannot get a response from them I would expect a whole bucket of grief if I moved house with them as a supplier. Their website is often too busy to respond and when you do get in and put a reading it hangs for up to 20 minutes before letting you put the other fuel in, so about 40 minutes a month entering the readings, if you can get in. Simple maxim - cheap stuff aint good and good stuff aint cheap. I recommend you avoid this company and pay a little more, life is too short to have to deal with cowboys like these.
