Complaint against Toto Energy
I have just called Toto 5 times trying to pay a bill. The former tenants has Toto as there provider and I just need to pay the interim amount before octopus take over. The first few people obviously did not want to deal with this complicated request and put me on to an automated line. The last person just kept saying if I cant confirm my account details then they wont talk to me. I have no account with them! She just kept repeating and repeating it like a robot. Eventually I asked to speak to her manager, and she said that she will ask him if he wants to take my call! I was then put on hold for 15mins until 5.59pm when I was hung up on. I guess leaving on time is more important than dealing with my problem. There seems to be a "this is hard so I wont deal with it" attitude from the call centre, but the absolute frustration of just wanting to pay off this money has had me in tears. Not sure what to do now. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
