Complaint against Toto Energy
Toto have previously taken an unauthorised payment from me, and I have received an email saying they have tried to process another UNAUTHORISED payment of £195! This is despite me telling them not to take the payment when given the option, and despite the OMBUDSMAN telling them they are not allowed to do this! They never reply to emails, you have to be on hold for 30 minutes before even talking to someone. I have received a new bill with a mysterious £150 added on to it with no explanation as to how this has happened?! They are the most difficult and unhelpful company I have ever dealt with and I would urge everyone to not bother using them.
