Complaint against Toto Energy
I am a tenant who moved into a property on the 01st January. In December I tried to make contact with Toto Energy so that I could sort out the gas and electric for the premises. In February I tried to open an account with another provider and was told that my current provider would not allow the swop. I contact the previous tenant who told me that I needed to get hold of Toto to ensure I paid the outstanding amount. I have again emailed Toto and tried to call but I have not had any luck. I need to get a provider for my gas and electric but I cannot do anything due to the lack of service from Toto. Do I have to bring this to the attention of a higher source. I cannot be placed in this possible financial position due to their terrible service.
