Complaint against Toto Energy
1. The headline rate advertised was changed within weeks of committing to the 18 month super saver account; They increased my monthly debit from £65 to £95; Three months later I was over £400 in credit and I asked to skip a payment .. which they said I could, but then took it anyway. 2. I have got through on the phone twice out of 18 attempts. The IVR is clearly misleading as it has stated that they are experiencing technical issues and call back in 30 minutes to get through. This is repeated several weeks later. 3. The call back service is a misnomer as they do not call back. My detailed e mail requests of December and November 2018 remain unanswered.
