Complaint against Toto Energy
Was sold Toto services by a door salesman at the start of 2018. Agreed to sign up for gas services as we were happy with our electricity provider; discovered we had been signed up for both gas and electricity with Toto. Immediately gave notice to leave, having been a Toto customer for under a month. Staff lied to me advising my service was cancelled. Months of emails and phone calls for it to be looked at, staff saying they did not know what was going on with my account, lack of communication and was lied to several times. Finally got a my last bill (overcharged) only to receive a bill from them today for £250...for what? I left in June 2018 and still having to chase them for answers. Avoid this negligent company at all costs, shocking service from start to finish.
