Refuses to refund an over payment
Complaint against
Toto Energy
After requesting a refund due to changing house, new company my final bill was in credit. I was told it could take up to 28days. It has been two months and still no refund. I've emailed, phoned, online chat and made a complaint but just keep getting told it's being looked into!!
