They do not answer the phone and take money from account and it goes unaccounted for
Complaint against Toto Energy
We changed to toto on the 18th December after them saying it would be a smooth transition but all they do is rob you blind! You pay money to them via all pay and then it doesn't appear on the meter and when you try ringing them because you are without gas on the coldest night of the year so far they don't answer it. I was on the phone to them all day yesterday and today on and off and they have not answered it once! At least £120 has gone from our account to all pay and half at least has gone unaccounted for. They are just a rip off company!
