Was told wrong how you work

Complaint against Toto Energy

Was told I would have a fixed rate contract for 18 months at 87.00 each month direct debit and was told that through the summer months would outweigh the winter months but we have had more than was supposed to have been taken from our account and recieved a text asking us to send a meter reading every month which was never mentioned. 😕

I had the same problem nothing but nightmares from them didn’t change my DD bank details so ran up a debt that I was unaware of for 6 month. They switched me over to prepay meter gas has run out I’ve topped up online both gas and electric, electric credit went on but gas hasn’t showed on meter and now have no hot water or heating
