Complaint against We Do Energy
To whom this may concern I am writing to make a formal complaint about my recent experience with your company and the distress it has caused. I do not have an account with you at all and yet I have discovered you have taken from my bank account a total of £24.99. As I am sure you can appreciate this is a lot of money to be taken being unauthorised but I have now had the inconvenience of having to find more money to cover my bills which in itself has caused me some distress and then I have the worry that you are accepting bank details and payments without doing relevant checks to avoid fraudulent activity putting my identity and money at risk. I look forward to hearing how you will be rectifying this at your very earliest convenience. Many thanks, jeremie
