Complaint against Together Energy
Have to be the worst most incompetent energy supplier I have ever encountered. I was with them for around 18 months and were about to move home; I contacted them 25th May to inform them we were moving out end of June and would like them to supply my new address. Now nearly the end of September and they have failed 3 times to start my new account; at one stage, despite 5 emails and a few calls to them, they got my address wrong and started supplying the wrong house! I have given them numerous chances to contact me to get this sorted out and finally gave up, now signed up with another company. Absolutely useless; pay a bit more and get a decent service elsewhere.
