Poor Service - without power for almost a week
Complaint against
National Grid
I have been without hot water and central heating for 6 days now and have logged a complaint with Transco. My partner has taken 2 days off to wait in for repair teams ( who attended the wrong address) which I was told was my fault and that I would have to wait a further 2 days for a team to return. I have been lied to and have not had any updates or phone calls returned. The only way the company have passed info is when we have rang them back to try and get this rectified. I am extremely angry and upset that we have been left like this.
