Hthis is the reply received to our complaint in 2014! Still no money after e mails and phone calls. 'Having looked over your account I can see you are entitled to a refund and It is my understanding that you have also contacted us via telephone in regards to this issue. I would like to take this opportunity to apologise that you have not received this yet. I can appreciate your frustration and thank you for your ongoing patience in this matter. I can assure you that I have raised this as a concern with the finance department who are working hard to arrange a refund to be sent out to you. Once more, please accept our apology for your dissatisfaction. I hope this has been helpful for you '
