Complaint against First Utility

This company have used the wrong meter reading on gas for 1 year and despite countless phone calls in that time refused to change it, despite me having photo evidence (they refused me sending this also). Eventually got somewhere and refund was arranged, told 10days, 16days later still no sign and promised goodwill gesture, also no sign of this
