Complaint against First Utility

I have been a first utility customer since February 2015 & they still can't sort out my account they have given me three different account Numbers. They were taking regular monthly payments from my bank but now they are not taking anything. I can't send them a payment as I do not know what my account number is. Can't login to check my account eather.
