[LAPSED] Smart Meter Installed and no loner able to submit monthly readings

Complaint against First Utility

So on 28th November First Utility fitted a Smart Meter for my electricity in my home. This was their request not ours. Since then I have been unable to submit any meter readings for the last 4 months bills and have lost £134 credit and now running up debt on the account. I have requested several times this issue to be resolved with no joy and only to be told their is "no timescales" to resolve this. So I want my credit money back and I want to move supplier without paying the £60 tariff exit fee due to the poor customer service and them no longer supplying the service I signed for.
