Complaint against First Utility

I became a Rep for ACN, I got a genuine new customer to change both Gas/Electricity to First Utility supplies, because of the English language problems, when the First Utility contacted the Customer he mis understood the questions of the First Utility Operator, I paid £390 to become ACN Rep & because of the the above, First Utility Compliance have Suspended me from getting any further customers for them!!! Despite a letter from the Customer to First Utility Compliance Dept, explaining about the mis understandings I have still been suspended. So how do you convince or overcome this situation with ACN or with the First Utility? Any help or assistance will be much appreciated, as I really am struggling to make ends meet, financially, hence joined ACN with the hope of making it big. Many thanks Zahoor

Hi Zahoor, I am sorry to hear of the issues you are having. As we have received a letter from the customer I am sure we will be able to resolve this. I would advise you speak to your line manager directly to ensure this is resolved through the correct channels.
