[RESOLVED] - Won't give me a bill

Complaint against First Utility

1, Joined Company in March 2014 repeatedly asked for a bill and despite giving regular meter readings none is forthcoming, best I have been offered is if I ring they will give a manual calculation. Previous phone calls have involved unacceptable waiting times. 2, I paid a £300 deposit worryingly this not showing on my payment history. 3, Recently not able to submit a night and day meter reading, confusing there are now 3 options what is the 3rd one for?

I was contacted by complaints team member who was very helpful and resolved my issues fairly quickly. However I still cannot submit meter reading their system seem to be unable to cope with day and night electricity readings
