[LAPSED] Wrong Information

Complaint against First Utility

No direct debit was taken one month so emailed asking why as I had put the money away for it to be taken. First utility said no money was taken as this was credit and until used no direct debit payments would come out. After sending a few emailed to make sure the next month when I got my bill the previous bill which they stated was credit was a mistake and then was added to my new bill. When I contacted first utility about this and showed emails about everything I was told they simply said they got it wrong and it was not credit and so it had to payed along with current bill. Their mistake has cost me as I now have a bigger bill than expected.
