Complaint against Utilita
It's about the Warm Home Discount payments that help people like myself (disabled) to help pay towards heating costs through the winter. Last year, I was told "I was too late claiming it" - so this year, as soon as the application process opened (14th Aug) I tried claiming it on line (be it at 8.00am that morning), but alas, my account reference number wasn't recognised ..... ?!!! So I sent an e-mail querying this and also spoke to a couple of customer representatives who said it will be sorted within 5-7 working days ........ to-date (4th Sept), still have not heard anything from them! Absolutely disgusting! So they can "do one" !! I have now gone back to EDF and will never, ever, join Utilita again!
