No gas and they close emergency cover department
Complaint against Utilita
I tried to get hold of emergency dept as our prepayment meter closed valve on gas supply last night 1st march they are open till 8pm every night but at 6pm they were closed due to the snowy weather. Hello thats why i needed emergency repair as i have my 5 an 7 year old grandsons living with us and no hot water or heating. My son rand today 2nd march 2018 but after an hour waiting to speak to advisor wouldnt do anything as account in my name. So after working in freezing conditions all day i had to ring and after waiting on an advisor i for a further hour i finally got an advisor after trying a couple of thing he sujested after consulting his superior and wasting a further 35 mins he said no engineers in area they would ring me when they were able to call to fit new updated meters as they had no spare freedom meters as they no good any more as i said this wasnt acceptable to be left without gss for maybe upto a week he hung up on me. So will move to another company do not use them im leaving and my daughter already has rip off merchants and dont care about customers at all.
