no gas for nine days, I will phone you back after spending 9 hours of telephone calls.

Complaint against Utilita

This company is a joke, I have been ringing them for 9 days to get this sorted out first they said there was a smart meter in, No there wasn't asked to go on monthly readings. Still got on. I have no card to register money on the card, I have tried the number given and the card at three different shops. Still got no gas. I have four children ages from twins at 3 and 13 and 15 year. The children stay with me on allocated days and were absolutely freezing. They said they would send me a new card out but not received it. They said they would ring me (no they haven't. Surely with having children.
