Poor customer service, zero complaint handling skills

Complaint against Utilita

Early smart meter failure, misled by engineers fitting replacement, poor response by customer service, awful response and no constructive time scale to remedy by complaints people ( I was going to say team, but utilita departmens work to different time scales) No actual meter reads since initial read in 2013 and end read on aug 2018 when meters removed.long wait times when calling.if you quote utilitas own complaints procedure to them it seems they have never read it, I think the company empower low level employees in the hope for yuck resolution and the management just let the chaos continue.i have switched to a new supplier as lost confidence in utilita to resolve without intervention from external body, 22 days in revenue investigation not started despite being told ten days to complete, then fourteen.Switch to new company well explained and without any issues.UTILITA MUST DO BETTER.

Utilita ref 841544020201. First call cut off after 30 mins to 03452072000. second attempt, answered on 30 mins but was then diverted to billing dept. Phone cut out after 1h 45 mins with no contact so no resolution...Am more than disgruntled, fuming more like as have wasted over 2 hours on phone. Pull your finger out, and get more qualified customer support members or we go elsewhere.

It's absolutely ridiculous. I've been trying to get through to customer service since last Friday. Very poor service.
