I switched to these guys after being contacted by them randomly tempting me to switch. I didn't mind the cold call at the time as they claimed to be the best deal. I was paying a fixed amount monthly by direct debit. After month 1, I contacted them to ask when I would receive the first bill as I was interested to know how much we were spending monthly. I was given totally false information on this occasion and many others in the coming months all contradicting each other. I didn't receive my first bill for 6months. I'm not normally that type of person but I made an official complaint to them as the customer service was appalling. No solution recommended, just a couple of emails to say they tried to contact me (which was a lie) so they were closing the complaint. Needless to say I left the provider and turns out I'm on a much better deal now after signing up to a company who does all the switching for you (company name is a breed of dog)
