Continually chasing me to pay my bill
Complaint against British Gas
I have been getting about 3 to 5 phone calls from British Gas wanting me to pay my bill in full. I have emailed them saying I cannot afford to pay my bill in full but they still insist on me doing so. I want to make installments by monthly direct debit but they are asking too much per month from me. I just feel like I am getting nowhere with them and they will not do as I am asking them to. They just want my money all the time and they are pestering me to pay up or threaten me with further actions.
