Complaint against British Gas
British Gas claim my appliance is obsolete and can't get parts but parts widely available. They say I MUST replace and will give ,e 30% towards a new one but they dictate where it is purchased and specify a make and model. Shouldn't I have some say in what appliance goes in my home? Plus their supplier charge 15% more than other suppliers for the same Item,. Now left without appliance and I have two disabled children which they are well aware of. This is how they treat a customer of 10 years.
