Engineer did not turn up for the pre booked appointment

Complaint against British Gas

The engineer should have arrived today (09/09/2015) between 12:30-18.00 The engineer did not call to say that he couldn't make the appointment. The staff at the call out centre were rude and dismissive which I find totally unacceptable.
