NEW SMART METER FITTED 4/8/15.WHEN GONE TURN ON BOILER IN SEPT FOUND TO BE NO GAS AS METER HAD SHUT DUE TO LOW BATTERY. PHONED BG 15/10/15 TO TELL THEM AND NOW HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THEM TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM SINCE THEN
