Complaint against British Gas
British Gas were asked in November for a service date. Grudgingly accepted 16 Jan. they called this evening to say they had to reschedule and first available date is 23 Feb. Whoever thought that there would be increased demand on their engineers in the winter. I tried to escalate during the call to a manager but they 'will call back within48 hours'. We use British Gas for Gas and electric as well as maintenance. Time for a switch methinks as they clearly aren't interested in customer retention despite us being with them for 13 years in this house and have bills totalling over £1000 a quarter.
