Winter fuel allowance applied in Sept 2016 and was told today it will be MAY2017 when I recieve it!!
Complaint against British Gas
I applied in Sept 2016 for help with winter payments,I spoke to them today 8th Nov 2016,and the manager informed me it can take untill MAY 2017!!!.Last time I checked my calender MAY is NOT a winter month.It's just another scam by utility companies to make maximum profit from people who they know need their heating during winter months.I have emailed my local MP MRS REEVES who will be acting on my behalf in this matter.
