Bill after 8month not being with co-op

Complaint against The Co-operative Energy

Received a Final bill for £390.64 for the period of 22nd March 2014 to 18th February 2015 I have contacted and spoken to customer services but feel they didn't understood and could not help me. The original Coop contract was set up by my partner Rebecca Taroni and we paid a direct debit of £86.00 per month from a joint account to cover gas and electric from the period of March 2014 until the date I then chose to move supplier when we split up to Npower on 19th February 2015. When the account was closed we then received a credit back from The Coop after they had taken any final payments out for approximately £160. Its been eight months since having an account with the Coop so I am not quite sure how the Co-op have now come to the conclusion we now owe £390.64 Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Regards
