Complaint against The Co-operative Energy
In May 2016 I recieved a bill for £3'666.00 after being at my property for 18 yrs i doubted its validity. After several telephone calls to customer service it transpired that I had not received a bill for 18 months. I have emailed customer services to state that my account be updated under the 12 month back billing rules "no reply" I have also arranged for an engineer to attend to have my meter checked out. First appointment 05/07/16 cancelled, second app 22/07/16 was a no show after I took the day of work. My original direct debit was £90 per month now I am paying £230 putting my family Under financial hardship.
