Complaint against The Co-operative Energy
In March 2015, the Co-Op installed a new customer accounts system. Since then thousands of customers have been unable to access their account due to "minor issues" migrating to the new system. This includes me. Many customera who can access their account are finding archived bills missing and worse still, the onkine system does not tally with their PDF bills leaving then confused. Others are reporting other issues including not being able to record readings.
