Complaint against Opus Energy
My friend and I rented a business property for the term of 1year. Opus energy supplied the electric. When our 1 year came to an end we were vacating the property and we tried to cancel our association with the bill. The company wouldn't let us cancel unless we provided contact details for the new tenant, this isn't something that we are able to provide as we just moved out of the property on the date we were supposed to. 2 months along they have billed us again and are still refusing to cancel our names from the electric account!
