Complaint against Utility Warehouse

Absolutely terrible. We took out the combined pack of gas, electric, mobile and internet for the best savings. We've been with UW for 2 months now. Broadband is still not set up but we're still paying for it. As well as paying for our Virgin home and broadband so that we still have some form of internet connection at home. On top of this UW swapped our home telephone line over without warning us so our bundle pack with Virgin was removed raising the cost of the Virgin connection up to £75 so now we're paying £30 for UW broadband which we don't even get and £75 with Virgin. Not really saved any money so far, tried cancelling today and we were told we'd have to cover £100 of fees to cancel the policy. Pretty unfair as we didn't have the services to test in the short 14 day cancellation period. And now we can see how terrible it is we're stuck. I'll be raising this to the relevant financial services and strongly recommend anyone else avoid.
