Complaint against E.ON Energy
As a landlord I requested a bill for the gas and electric which I used between tenant. I provided all the relevant meter readings. Two months later I had received no bill. I was contacted directly by a debt recovery company. I paid because I felt intimidated and did not wish to give them all of the personal details they were demanding before they would speak to me.
