Complaint against EDF Energy
EDF did not update my account & online chat told me what I can see online is fictitious, then they cancelled my online account, had to re register, gave meter readings which they again didn't use and billed my account to readings from 4 months ago, & refunded me, then used 2015 readings and now in debt, then emailed asking for more meter readings, I have lots of emails where they keep apologising but still manage to mess it up again, cannot believe a word they say or your online account. Would love to switch but worried how difficult EDF will make it, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU DONT HAVE TO.
