Complaint against EDF Energy

Dishonest company I Charged me disconnection fee for Fuel and electricity even when I was in the 14 day cool off period, when I had already requested the switch to a different supplier on the 10th day. I was EDF customer for more than 2.5 years, and then I entered into a new agreement, but within a few days I found out that EDF was charging higher than other companies and I requested for a switch on the 10th day. After a month, I received a bill, with disconnection fee already deducted from my credit amount with EDF. When requested the refund or pointing me to the clause in terms and condition stating that before switching the supplier, I have to cancel the tarrif, I was sent email from customer care about what I should have done. Obviously they "forgot" to mention this in terms and conditions, to get an opportunity to charge the customer. Energy Ombudsman - Please note
